At Lifted Beauty & Wellness, we reserve time specifically for you and your provider. To ensure we can offer the highest level of care to all clients, the following policies apply to all appointments and purchases.
Prepaid Appointments & Packages
All prepaid services, packages, and promotional purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Payment secures your appointment time and provider availability.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur a late-cancellation fee.
- Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment time may result in a $100 late-cancellation fee.
“Free cancellation” refers to avoiding a late-cancellation fee and does not apply to refunds of prepaid services.
No-Shows
Appointments that are missed without notice will be considered a no-show and may result in a charge of $100.
Service Credits
In certain circumstances, and at our discretion, prepaid services may be converted to a service credit. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within the stated timeframe.
Memberships & Promotions
Membership dues, packages, and promotional pricing are subject to their specific terms and are non-refundable.
Skincare & Retail Products
All skincare, retail, and wellness product purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
For safety and quality assurance, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once products leave our facility.

Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers, discounts, packages, and special pricing may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
Only one promotional discount may be applied per service, package, or transaction.
