I can’t make this up — I pulled The Star tarot card twice in a row.
It’s uncanny how, in the moments when frustration starts to take over — when everything feels heavy and progress seems impossibly slow — the universe offers this quiet reminder: don’t give up, keep going.

The Star (card XVII) symbolizes healing and newfound hope. It represents emerging from trials with a clearer sense of who we are — more grounded, more connected, and more aligned with our truth. It reminds us that healing isn’t about returning to what was, but allowing what’s ready to emerge. And I have to admit, the irony of all the puddles of water on this particular card isn’t lost on me.
On this card, we see a woman kneeling — one foot in the water, one on land — in the quiet moment after the storm. The stars above her promise that the light will return, that hope is not naive but necessary. The Star teaches us to anchor clarity in faith and to trust that what’s meant to bloom will, in its own time.
That message couldn’t feel more relevant right now.
Since the beginning, my mission has always been simple: to lift others. It’s how Lifted got its name. Every treatment, every conversation, every piece of education we share has always been rooted in that purpose — to help people rise into their healthiest, most radiant selves.
As we move through this next chapter, we’re evolving. Clarifying our message. Expanding on what holistic truly means. Honing in on the kind of solutions that support not just the skin, but the spirit — the whole person, inside and out.
The Star reminds me that even in uncertainty, renewal is already happening. The light is returning — and it’s guiding us toward something truer, more grounded, and more meaningful than before.
This month, I’m grateful for resilience, for growth, and for everyone who continues to walk this path with us. Together, we’re learning that healing is not the end of the story — it’s the beautiful beginning of what comes next.
