This is our first guest blog post where we want to introduce you to our new Medical Director. Meer Dr. Fox and get to know him in his own words!

Hello, Lifted Beauty + Wellness community! My name is Dr. Patrick Fox, I’m the new Medical Director, and I could not be more honored to join the team. While I’ve gotten the chance to meet a handful of you, I wanted to take the opportunity to introduce myself.

I grew up a military brat, which provided me opportunities to travel the world and see how health can be defined in many different ways. Having moved to the Pacific Northwest from Maryland, I’m amazed at the lushness of our environment. I have a passion for cooking and eating as locally as possible. Some of my favorite ways to stay active include yoga, cycling, and trail running. I view laughter as an integral part of the healing process.

I am a Naturopathic Physician and received my training at the renowned Bastyr University here in the Seattle area. I went on to complete a rigorous residency in Bellevue, Washington, and recently launched my private practice named Constellation Naturopathic.

My area of expertise and focus is in complex chronic illness and medical aesthetics. I believe that when the inner body is attuned, true beauty shines through. This means I focus on connecting the dots to each person’s unique health constellation: mind, body, and spirit.

What drew me to the role at Lifted is how Naturopathic principles are utilized in the aesthetic services we offer. We aim to identify and treat the root causes, employ the healing power of natural substances when we can, and of course, emphasize prevention in treating the whole person in each of our clients.

We are preparing new and exciting treatment opportunities for you, our valued clients. You will soon see specially formulated treatments like intramuscular shots and intravenous drips to have you radiating beauty from the inside out.
