How Many Treatments Will I Receive in the First Month?
During your first month, you may receive up to five Neo or Flex treatments, depending on your individualized treatment plan and scheduling availability.

Because both begin at the same time, some clients may receive up to five treatments in their first month. However, the exact number will depend on clinical recommendations, treatment spacing, and your individual plan.

2. ACTIVATION PHASE (REQUIRED)

6. CANCELLATION & EARLY TERMINATION
- The membership term is 12 months
- Early termination prior to completion of the term will result in an early termination fee of $1,600 per activation, reflecting the discounted value of the Activation Phase
- All fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable

7. FREEZE POLICY.
Memberships may be frozen under the following conditions:
- Pregnancy
- Medical treatment or recovery
- Military service or deployment
- Extended travel or relocation
Freeze terms:
- One (1) freeze permitted per 12-month term
- Freeze duration: minimum 30 days, maximum 90 days
- Freeze requests must be submitted in writing
- Membership benefits are suspended during the freeze
- Membership term will be extended by the length of the freeze
8. PAYMENT & COLLECTIONS
- A valid payment method must remain on file at all times
- Failed payments must be resolved within seven (7) days
- A late fee of $35 may be assessed
- Accounts not brought current may be suspended or referred to collections
